Royal Devon said ( about Royal Devon ) : "The annual NHS Staff Survey is an important way for staff to tell us what they think, so we can understand what we are doing well and where we could be doing better. This year’s results demonstrate some excellent achievements across Devon and these results are reflective of our hard-working staff. The RD&E has achieved one of the highest scores in the country. Overall the survey results have been very good at all the NHS trusts across Devon, but every trust will now be developing actions plans to address any issues flagged since the publication of the recent results. “Trusts have support systems in place for those who are experiencing stress, for example occupational health, staff counselling, mindfulness and fitness sessions, to help any staff member who may be dealing with a challenging situation at work and to increase overall health and well-being. “The reports of bullying and discrimination in Devon show far fewer incidents than the national average, but we do not tolerate this in the NHS. Staff should never experience this and we are looking at what we can do to improve the working environment for everyone. Staff are actively encouraged to report any concerns they have about bullying so they can receive support, and access the help available, and so that appropriate action can be taken. Any reports of bullying are treated seriously and fully investigated. " External link
